Health Insurance
Many insurance plans provide limited coverage for chiropractic and natural, drug-free care, but benefits can vary widely. We’re happy to help make the process as simple as possible.
We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Any reimbursement paid by your insurance would go directly to you.
Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service, including any deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, or non-covered services.
Work Injury
At this time, we do not accept new Workers’ Compensation cases. However, if you are an existing patient and experience a work-related injury, Dr. CJ may be able to continue your care on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to discuss your situation and available options.
Medicare
Regardless of your condition, Medicare pays for up to a maximum of 12 weeks of care. They have very strict rules and limitations.
After this you will receive a significant Medicare discount. We simply need a copy of your Medicare card.
